Required Eligibilities:

Academic: 

The candidates must have completed Bachelor Degree from the college of repute.  The applicants who are in last year of their qualifying exam can also submit applications provided they should able to produce provisional degree upto 10-08-2014.

Age:  

The age of the persons should fall in between 21-30yrs as calculated from 1-04-2014. The candidates of SC/ST/PC/Ex-servicemen/J&K Domicile will have an age grace according to government norms. 

Registration Cost: 

 Candidates have to pay INR 500/- while Scheduled Caste, Physically Challenged and Scheduled Tribe categories should pay INR 100/- via downloaded Challan Form.  The offline payment of charges can be done from 10-04-2014 to 28-04-2014. The online payment of charges can be made via Debit/Credit Card/Internet Banking upto 25-04-2014.  

Online Registration Manner:

 The applicants are strictly invited through online method and the activation of online registration link will be available on SBI official portal from 7-04-2014 till 25-04-2014. After successful registration, candidates will be receiving message on their mail and mobile.

Selection Methodology: 

 The selection shall be done through assessing candidates’ performance in Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The exam pattern of written test is explained below. The anticipated date of SBI PO Exam-2014 is in June, 2014. 

I. Online Objective Exam Pattern of SBI -2014

Paper Sections:

1. Data Analysis & Interpretation: 50 Questions of 50 Marks
2. English Language (Vocabulary, Grammar, Comprehension):50 Questions of 50 Marks
3. Reasoning: 50 Questions of 50 Marks
4. General Awareness, Computers & Marketing: 50 Questions of 50 Marks
Exam Duration: 2 hrs.

Paper/Pen Descriptive Exam Pattern of SBI -2014

Paper Sections:

1. Letter Writing
2. Précis Writing
3. Essay
4. Comprehension 

Total Marks: 50

Exam Duration: 1 hr.

NOTE: The Descriptive Paper will be started immediately just after online paper finishes.  The evaluation of descriptive paper will be done if candidate passes online paper with minimum qualifying marks.

II. Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The candidates who qualified objective and descriptive papers will be invited for GD and PI rounds. The GD constitutes 20 Marks while PI constitutes 30 Marks.

 Admit Card Availability: 

 The Admit Card for online exam shall be available on SBI official website from 30-05-2014 onwards.  The candidates applied for the post can enter their Registration No and DOB/Password to download the Admit Card. SBI will not dispatch Admit Card through post.
