Age Criteria: The upper age limit for the different posts is given as-
Assistant Manager- 35 years,
Officer- 32 years
Assistant Officer- 31 years
Lab Technician, Office Assistant and ITI Trainee - 39 years

Qualification needed: the educational criterion for all the post is different. Official notification is to be referred for clear details. Some posts demands Engineering Degree, other Full time MBA (HR/ IR) and some ICWA, CA.
Remuneration:
Assistant Manager- Rs 8.07 Lac per annum
Officer- Rs 6.42 Lac per annum
Assistant Officer- Rs 4.93 Lac per annum
Lab Technician Trainees- Rs 7000 to Rs 20,000 (Stipend for 2 years)
Office Assistant Trainees- Rs 7000 to Rs 20,000 (Stipend for 2 years)
ITI Trainees- Rs 7000 to Rs 20,000 (Stipend for 4 years)

Upper Age Criteria:
Office Assistant Trainee : 29 years
Assistant Officer : 26 years
Assistant General Manager : 41 years

Criteria for Education :
Office Assistant Trainee : Graduation Degree in Hindi / equivalent with English and have obtained at least 60% marks/equivalent.
Assistant General Manager : Post Graduation Degree in Hind / equivalent with English in Graduation and have obtained at least 60% marks / equivalent.

Process of Selection : Candidates will be selected by Written Test / Interview performance.
