Indian Navy has advertised about the recruitment of
eligible candidates as Sailors. The vacancy is for the candidates who have
sports background and represented them at state or country level. The complete

Salary Structure: Rs.5200-Rs. 20200/-
Education Qualification:
The candidates are required to complete Intermediate from
the recognized Board. Additionally, they should have outstanding sports

Age Condition:
The minimum age required for the post is 17
years while the maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 22 years
for Direct Entry Petty Officer and21 years for remaining designations. The age
of the candidates shall be determined with respect to the starting of course.
Registration Cost:
The applicants have to deposit Rs. 210/- by
means of IPO or Challan Form. The Indian Postal Order should be drawn in favor
of the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal.
Application Manner:
The application will be received in offline
manner according to the format prescribed by Indian Navy recruitment board. The
application should be for the single post. The applicants should paste their
latest photograph at the back of which candidate’s name & sign. The
envelope should be sent at following address: The Secretary, Indian Navy Sports
Control Board, 7th Floor, Chankya Bhavan, Integrated Headquarters, MoD (NAVY),
New Delhi 110 021. Last date of receipt of application is 07th May 2014. Applications
which are incomplete and received after due dates will summarily be rejected.
