IIFT Exam 2014:
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) conducts the
written test for admitting the candidates in Master of Business Administration
(IB) programme. The notification in this regard is made available on the

Name of the Exam: MBA (International Business)
IIFT Admission Eligibility Norms:
1. Candidates should hold the Graduation Degree in any
stream. Those who are appearing in the final year of the exam may also apply
for admission provided they are in a situation to submit their mark sheet by 7th
Oct, 2014.
2. There is no age bar for the admission in the MBA (IB)
programme.
Admission Mode:
Candidates will be admitted in the course on the basis of
Written Examination, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Essay Writing.
Candidates who are under NRI/ Foreign Nationals will get admission through GMAT
-2014 Score Card.
Examination Centre:
Allahabad, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore,
Chandigarh, Delhi, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Indore Jamshedpur, Jaipur, Kolkata,
Kochi, Lucknow, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam Mumbai.
Admit Card for the Exam:
Candidates will be sent Admit Card through Post for the
written test. However, the Admit Card for the exam can also be obtained from
the official website of IIFT before 10 days of the exam. Along with the Admit
Card, candidates are also required to bring the Photo Identity Proof on the
exam day.
Application Charges:
Candidates of General/OBC categories need to pay Rs
1500/- while Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe/ Physically Challenged need to
pay Rs 750/- through Demand Draft favoring INDIAN INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN TRADE,
payable at NEW DELHI or Online Credit/ Debit Card. NRI/Foreign Nationals
Candidates need to pay Rs 4000/-.
Applying Details:
Candidates have to apply online and fill up the online
application form, complete photo and sign uploading formalities and pay the
charges. Take the print out of the application form and keep it safe for the
future use. Also retain the Registration Number and Password.
Written Test Pattern:
General Knowledge & Awareness, English Comprehension,
Quantitative Analysis, Logical Reasoning will be present in the question paper.
The candidates will be given 2 hours to complete the paper. The nature of the questions
will be objective type.
Declaration of Result:
The Institute will declare the list of the qualified
candidates in the written exam on its official website. Candidates will also be
able to download their online score card from the official portal.
