examination/combined Higher Secondary level examination 2013 for the

Designation: Data Entry operator, Lower Division Clerk
Date of the Examination: 10th and 17th November, 2013
Age Criteria:
Individual’s age must be from 18 to 22 years.
Relaxation in ages is only provided to some reserved categories as following:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
PWD: 10 years
PWD OBC: 13 years
Educational Accomplishment:
Individual must have done intermediate form
recognized government authorized university/school.

Application fee will be submitted in the form
of the “CRPF”, available at any
departmental post office.
Rs.100/- will be charged as an application fee, payable at any SBI.For SC/ST/PWD, no fee will be charged.
Pattern of the Examination:
Fields including for the examination:
General intelligence: semantic Analogy, Symbolic/Number Analogy,
Symbolic/Number Classification, figural analogy, word building, semantic
series, figural and number series, problem solving, coding and decoding, Venn
diagram, emotional intelligence, Punched hole/pattern-folding & unfolding
questions etc.
English language: Idioms & Phrases, Shuffling of Sentences
in a passage, synonyms, antonyms, active voice, passive voice, spotting the
errors, Spellings/Detecting Miss-spelt words, using the right words in blanks
etc.
Quantitative Aptitude: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Measurements,
Trigonometry and Statistical Charts etc.
General Awareness: It includes social, political, economical
and global areas. The test will also include questions relating to India and
its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture Geography,
Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.
Skill Test: For the post of the data entry operator, they
will be chosen on the basis of their typing speed(8000key in one hour).Net
typing speed will be calculated for the recruitment procedure.
Total marks: 200 marks
Duration hours: 2 hours
Guidelines for the examination:
For every wrong answer, one mark will be
given. For every wrong answer, 1/4 marks will be deducted for every wrong
attempt of questions.
Please read carefully before beginning of the
examination.
Please reach one hour before the examination
on the center of the examination along with the admit card and identification
ID proof.
