Syllabus for CET tests of DIET 2013 as follows:

There will be three parts of paper: Part1, Part2, Part3

The total questions will be 100 of one mark each.

Part 1: It includes General knowledge and Teaching aptitude test (From both sections, there will be 5 questions of 1 mark each).

Part 2: It includes General English and Telgu/Urdu/tamil (From general English, there will be 10 questions of 1 mark each and from other section, there will be 20 questions of 1 mark each.)

Part3: It includes mathematics, physical sciences, biological sciences, social studies (From mathematics there will be 20 questions of one mark each and from other sections, there will be 10 questions of one mark each).

Note:

The standard of questions will be of class 8 to 10th of Part 1 and 2.

Candidates belonging to Tamil medium will have their test conducted at Chitoor district head quarters.

Candidates will be selected based on the rank in the CET test.

Qualifying marks for the students is 45% and for SC/ST, the criteria are 40%.
