Job Profile:
Assistant
Marketing Manager/Management Trainee (Marketing)
Educational
Qualification:
Candidate should have done Graduation in
Science or Pharmacy or Post Graduation in Chemistry securing at least 60% marks
and completed Masters Degree/Diploma in Management specialized in Marketing securing
at least 60% marks.
OR
Candidate should have done Graduation in
Engineering or Technology along with Masters Degree/Diploma in Management
specialized in Marketing securing at least 60% marks. He /she should also be
having working experience of at least 2yrs to 3yrs in selling Chemical
products/services in any reputed organization.
He must have thorough knowledge of the
related area with sound understating of the customer’s requirements and need.
He must have acquired enough experience in the related area and thus
contributing company in developing new products and innovative offerings. He
must be able to do rigorous R & D for the purpose of enhancing the
company’s products and thus meeting organizational goals.
Fresh applicants will be provided training in
the related area provided they meeting up with the other eligibility criteria
for the post.
Age Criteria:
An age criterion for the post is that
candidate should be lower than 30 yrs of age.
Salary
Package:
The package paid to the candidates per annum
for serving as Assistant Marketing Manager or Management Trainee is
Rs.7.34lakhs.
