Indian Army Recruitment 2013-14
Indian Army has published the notification for the
recruitment of eligible women in Short Service Commission in the Military

Post’s Name: Short Service Commissioned Officer
Service Period: Initially, selected person has to work for 5years
and after analyzing the performance of the candidate, it may be extended till14
years.
Emoluments: Rs 15,600 (GP: 5400)
Academic Qualification:
Girls applicants who are interested in this post have to
B.Sc./M.Sc in the Nursing trade only from the college recognized by the UGC and
should have registration in the authorized council. Candidates appearing in the
qualifying exam are not eligible for the post.
Selection Manner:
Girls applicants whose forms will be accepted by the
recruitment authority, will be invited for the Written Test after the
qualifying of which, they need to appear for the Personal Interview.

Age Condition:
The DOB of the candidates must be in between Jan13, 1979 to
Jan14, 1993.
Charges of Examination:
Interested girls have to deposit Rs 150/- in the form of
Demand Draft in favour of DGAFMS (APF) Fund, payable at SBI, Central
Secretariat, New Delhi.
Way of Applying:
Aspirants of Indian Army who have the requisite
qualifications have to send the application form(same format given by Indian
Army) along with other necessary credentials in Xeroxed form, envelope( size 27*
12 cm) having written own address on them and DD of required amount addressing
to Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Adjutant General’s
Branch, Dte Gen of Medical Services (Army)/DGMS-4B, Room No 45, ‘L’ Block
Hutments, New Delhi – 110 001 not later than Jan14, , 2014.
