Trades’ Names & Availability
of Seats:
There are Nine Trades of which
the training period 1 yr. The names are:
Fitter – 60 Seats, Painter General- 30 Seats , Welder- 20
Seats, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance -35 Seats, Machinist -40 Seats,
Electroplater-05 Seats , Mason (
Building Constructor) -15 Seats, Instrument Mechanic -15 Seats, Ref and A/C
Mechanic-05 Seats.
There are Ten Trades of which the
training period 2 yrs. The names are:
Forger and Heat Treater- 05 Seats, Power Electrician- 20
Seats, Foundryman- 05 Seats, Diesel Mechanic- 20 Seats, Shipwright Steel- 45
Seats, Pipe Fitter- 15, Rigger- 20 Seats, Plumber/Ship Fitter- 20 Seats,
Mechanic Radio and Radar (Aircraft)-20 Seats, Shipwright Wood-20 Seats.
Conditions to Apply:
Education: Students who have completed Matriculation
with min.50% and Diploma in Industrial Training (ITI) with 65% from the Institute
recognized by the Government.
Date of Birth: Candidate’s age must fall between 1st
of April’93 to 1st of April, 2000. SC and ST students are granted
the age freedom of 5yrs in their maximum age.
Physical Measurement: 150cm should be the Height; Expansion of
Chest should be up to 5cm, 45kg should be the Weight, Vision should be 6/6.
Candidate should not have any major disease.
Process to Select:
The initial selection will be done on the basis of
scrutinizing the candidate’s marks in the ITI and Class 10. The meritorious
candidates will be invited for the Written Test and Personal Interview and
Medical Examination.

Proof for Physically Handicapped if applicable, Class 10 Marks Card, Employee
Ward Certificate if applicable, Character Certificate, Admit Card completely
filled, 1 Envelope of dimension 22*10cm and duly stamped of Rs5.
