Age Band:
Application
should have achieved the minimum age of 18yrs and must not beyond 33 yrs [as on
01Jan, 2014]. Age relaxation is granted to the applicants of the reserved
class.
Educational Requirement:
Persons
holding the polytechnic diploma or passed out from SSC/Class 10th
from the recognized school or Board may apply for the post.
Selection Manner:
The
selection of the suitable candidate will be made after analyzing their
performance in Written Test and PET [Physical Efficiency Test] and after that
verifying their documents and certificates for the final recruitment.
Charges to fill up the Application Form:
The charges
of filing up the form is Rs.100/- through DD or Pay Order or IPO duly crossed
and made from any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Post Office and drawn in favor
of “ Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, Eastern
Railway” payable at “ KOLKATA”. Candidate having the categories such as
Physically Disabled/ Scheduled Class/ Minority/ Retired Persons/ EBC/Girls etc
is free from paying any charges.
Applying Method:
The
application form of the candidate must reach along with other necessary
documents’ photocopies, Demand Draft etc in a sealed envelope should be super
scribed with “Application for Recruitment in Pay Band-I Rs.5200-20200/- with GP
Rs.1800/- Eastern Railway” at “Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway
Recruitment Cell, Eastern Railway, 56, C.R. Avenue, RITES Building, 1st Floor,
Kolkata – 700 012” or candidates can either leave their application form in the
box provided at the Office of above address mentioned ahead of 15th
November, 2013 till 5pm and 02nd December, 2013 till 5pm for far
flung areas.
