Service Place: Lucknow
Designation: Assistant Engineer
[Civil/Mechanical] and Jr. Engineer [Civil]
Total Posts: 35 Vacancies for Assistant
Engineer [Civil/Mechanical] and 96Vacancies for Jr. Engineer [Civil]
Paying Manner: Rs.15600 to 39100/- [GP
Rs.5400/-] for Assistant Engineer and Rs 9300/- to Rs 34,800/- [GP Rs 4200]
Academic Requirement:
Aspirants
for the Assistant Engineer in Civil/ Mechanical posts must have obtained
B.Tech/B.E degree in the Civil or Mechanical disciplines with minimum 50%, 45%
and 40% marks for General, Other Backward and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe
candidates respectively. The degree should be pursued from recognized college
or intuition. Degree through Distance Education mode will not be accepted in
any case.
Aspirants
for the Jr. Engineer post must have obtained B.Tech/B.E degree or polytechnic
diploma in the Civil discipline with minimum 50%, 45% and 40% marks for
General, Other Backward and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates
respectively. The degree should be pursued from recognized college or
intuition. Degree through Distance Education mode will not be accepted in any case.
Age Requirements:
Aspirants
should be at least 21 yrs of age and must not be over than 35 yrs. the
candidates of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, Freedom Fighters’ ward, Other
Backward Class have the age relaxation of 5yrs while for Physically Disabled
candidates, 15yrs of age relaxation is granted. The facility of maximum age
relaxation for reserved class is given to the candidates of Uttar Pradesh
aspirants.
Selection Manner:
The
selection process includes Written Test and Personal Interview. The Interview
will be held at Lucknow.
Registration Cost:
Candidates
of unreserved and Backward Class need to deposit sum of Rs.1000/- while the
Scheduled Caste and Tribe applicants have
to remit Rs.500 through DD[ Demand Draft] in the favor of “UP State Bridge
Corporation Ltd”, payable at Lucknow.
Demand Draft
must have contained the name of the candidate, his/her father’s name and
complete postal address.
Applying Procedure:
The
candidates have to forward the completely filled in application form along with
the necessary credentials like educational certificates, DOB, caste etc through
speed post latest by 7th of November, 2013.
