Vacancies’ Title: Upper Division Clerk [UDC], Lower Division
Clerk [LDC], Multitasking Staff and Driver
Pay Scale for all the Posts: Rs 5200 to Rs 20200/- [Grade Pay is
different]
Age Bar:
Person should not be exceeding the age of
35yrs for the post of Multitasking staff while for other posts, those
candidates whose age is not above 40yrs can apply.
Educational Requirement:
1. Upper Division Clerk [UDC]
Applicants must have completed Graduation
course and possessing at least 3 yrs of experience working as Lower Division
Clerk or Junior Assistant or Junior Office Assistant or Computer Operator or
DEO etc. in any government organization. Computer literacy is also required.
Regional language knowledge is preferable.
Grade Pay: Rs 2400
2. Lower Division Clerk [LDC]
Fair educational background with acquiring
last degree at least Graduation with working experience is required for the
post. Typing Speed in English Language should be at least 30 words per minute.
Functional Knowledge of computer is also required.
Grade Pay: Rs 1900
3. Driver
Class X passed out persons with possession of
driving license for driving light/ heavy/ medium vehicles and job experience as
being driver. Motor Mechanic diploma and regional language knowledge would be
preferable.
Grade Pay: Rs 1900
4. Multitasking Staff
Class X passed out persons with experience in
doing multitasking works.
Grade Pay: Rs 1800
Selection Methodology:
University will invite the eligible candidates
for Written Exam, Skill Test and Personal Interview rounds. University retains
the right to restrict the count of applications for being short listed for the
selection rounds.
Registration Money:
The cost of paying charges is different as
per GP and Category.
Minimum GP Rs 4200:
Applicants [Open and Other Backward Class]
need to deposit amount Rs.300/- while Scheduled Tribe/Caste and Physically
Challenged need to remit Rs.150/-
GP below Rs 4200:
Applicants [Open and Other Backward Class]
need to deposit amount Rs.200/- while Scheduled Tribe/Caste and Physically
Challenged need to remit Rs.100/-
