IIM Cat Exam Age Qualification 2014-15
Common Admission Test is organized by all IIMs for taking
admission of the candidates in various B-Schools (including IIMs). The
eligibilities set by examination governing body suppose to be followed by the

PGP, PGPBM, EPGP, PGP-EM, PGDM, PGDHRM, PGP-PGDM,
PGP-PGDCM, PGP-ABM
CAT Eligibility Criteria:
Academic Background:
Candidates should hold the Graduation degree
or Bachelor in Technology/Engineering with securing at least 50% or its
comparable grade point. However, SC, Physically Challenged and ST students have
marks relaxation of 5% that is 45% from the college/ university recognized by
UGC.
Students who are in final year of the Bachelor Programme
or whom results are still not out may also appear for CAT Exam but they need to
produce mark sheets of qualifying exam at the selection phase otherwise their
candidature will be cancelled.
Age Qualification: There is no age criteria set by Examination
conducting body.

Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability:
30 Ques.
Data Interpretation and
Quantitative Ability: 30
Ques.
Total Time: 140Minutes
It is worth mentioning that it is required to have valid
and functional E-Mail Id and Contact Number till the completion of selection
process because all intimation regarding the counseling date, time, place etc.
