TNPSC VAO Recruitment 2014
TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) intends to

Posts Name: Village Administrative Officer
Age Limitation: The age group eligible to apply for the post
is 21 to 30yrs with respect to 1 Jul, 2014. The age is relaxed for the reserved
categories as per the government rules.
Educational Background: It is required for the candidates to pass
Intermediate standard and possess the Tamil language knowledge.
Registration Cost: Applicants must deposit Rs. 125/- through Net
Banking, Debit/Credit Card/Challan Form methods. The total costs include exam
fee of Rs 75/- and application fee of Rs 50/-. If anyone has paid application
fee and got the registration number should not required paying the charges
again and now they have to deposit only exam fee. Through challan form, the fee
should be deposited only in Post Office or Indian Bank within 48 hours of form
submission.
Selection Manner: The written test will be held by the TNPSC in
order to hire suitable candidates for the VAO positions.
Exam Pattern of VAO:
There will be two types of question papers. The subjects
include General Studies, Basics of Village Administration, Aptitude &
Mental Ability, General English and General Tamil. The maximum marks will be
300 and minimum qualifying marks will be 90. The time limit will be 3 hours.
Application Manner: For applying to the post, candidates should visit
official website and click on the recruitment link. The application form
submitted must be taken in printed form so as to use it for the further
purpose. The charges can be paid through above said manner latest by 17 Apr,
2014; however, the online registration link will be available up to 15 Apr,
2014.
