Educational Prerequisite:
Applicants should have completed LLB/LLM
degree from the university recognized by government. In addition to this, they
should have essentially 3yrs of working experience at the Bar. Candidates who
are Government Advocate will have a preference during selection time.
Age Limitation:
The applicants must have an age less than or
equal to 30yrs with respect to last date of application receipt. The age grace
of 5 yrs will be granted to the candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste,
Scheduled Tribe, Government Employees and Physically Challenged categories and
3yrs to those who fall in Other Backward Class.

made available by Delhi Government. Candidates can download it from the
official website and fill up the required details. Paste your latest photograph on top right
corner and put signature at bottom right corner. Attach self signed copies of
necessary documents pertaining to academic qualifications, date of birth,
caste, experience etc with the application form and send this to Director, Directorate of Prosecution, Room
No.172, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi-110054 not later than 07th May, 2014 by 5 PM.
Service Tenure:
The initial period of service will be of 6
months or the selection of candidates for Assistant Public Prosecutors Post on
regular basis is made by the UPSC. The re-engagement of candidates will
strictly be followed by the selection authority.

The applicants will be invited for Interview
if shortlisted by the management.
