West Bengal State University requires eligible persons on
JRF (Junior Research Fellow) Physics Position on contract basis. Get more

Job Profile: Junior Research Fellow (Physics)
Service Place: West Bengal
Project Duration:
The appointment of the candidates will be
done for 1 year on temporary basis. But this term can be extended for maximum
period of 3yrs subject to candidate’s performance while working on the project.
Salary:
While working for the project, the candidates
will be given Rs.16000/- per month for initial two years and Rs. 18, 000 per
month in 3rd year. Total
salary will also constitute HRA of 30%.

Academic Qualification:
The candidates must have possessed Master
Degree in Physics securing atleast 55% marks or equal CGPA grade. At the
selection time, the weightage will be given to the persons who passed National
Eligibility Test/ GATE.
Age Criteria:
The candidates should not exceed 28 years
with respect to the last date of application receipt. Maximum age is relaxed to
the candidates of Scheduled Caste/Tribe, Physically Challenged, Other Backward Class
candidates of five years.
