Engine Factory Avadi has published the employment notice
for the Group C posts in several disciplines such as Electrician, Electroplator,
and Fitter Electronics etc. The applications are invited from the candidates
who have the diploma qualifications in the said disciplines and the mode of
registration will be online. The link to apply online will be active from 20th

Educational
Background: The
candidates must hold the diploma certificate in any of the above disciplines
issued from the competent authority (National Council of Trades for Vocational
Training or NAC or NTC). Candidates having Engineering Degree or Diploma
qualifications are not required to apply for the posts.
Age Condition: The age of the person should fall in between 18
years to 32 years with respect to last date of submitting online application
form. The age relaxation will be applicable to the candidates as per the norms
of the government.
Selection Manner: The recruitment process involves Written
Examination, Trade Test and Practical Test. The final selection will take
through merit basis. Candidates are required to qualify all said rounds so as
to get the job.
Application Fee: The candidates applying for the posts should
deposit INR 50/- by way of Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order duly crossed and
drawn in favor of The General Manager, Engine Factory Avadi. The
applicants of reserved classes are not required to deposit the application fee.
The nature of application fee is non refundable.
Manner of Application: It is required to follow guidelines before
apply online. The applications will be received through online mode by EFA
website. The online application form can be filled upto 09th June,
2014. The hardcopy of the application form can be submitted upto 16th
June, 2014 at “To The General Manager, Engine
Factory, Avadi, Chennai – 600 054”. Applications should be accompanied with
the crucial documents’ photocopies.
