Post Name: Private Secretary, Stenographer Grade-D, Hindi Translator and Assistant
Detailed Eligibility Requirements:
1. Assistant
Academic Qualification: The candidates must have done LLB Degree with minimum of 55% marks from the college approved by BCI and completed Six Months Diploma in Computer Application from reputed institution. Experience is desirable.
Salary Structure: Rs. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs 4200/- Per Month
Age Requirement: The age of the candidates should lie in between 21 years-30 years.
2. Stenographer Grade-D
Academic Qualification: The candidates must have done Bachelor degree with obtaining minimum of 55% marks and hold the stenography skills of typing 80 words per minute for 10 minutes with transcription time 65 minutes (English) on Typewriter and 50 minutes (English) on Computer and completed Six Months Diploma in Computer Application from reputed institution.
Salary Structure: Rs. 5,200- 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs 2400/- Per Month
Age Requirement: The age of the candidates should lie in between 21 years -27 years
3. Hindi Translator
Academic Qualification: The candidates should hold Post graduation degree in either Hindi or English as compulsory subject with obtaining minimum of 55% marks. They should also hold certificate in translating from English to Hindi or from Hindi to English OR working experience of atleast two years in the related department in any government or public organization.
Salary Structure: Rs. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs 4200/- Per Month
Age Requirement: The age of the candidates should lie in between 23 years -32 years.
4. Private Secretary
Academic Qualification: Bachelor degree with minimum experience of two years working in any state or central organization. They should also have 40 WPM typing speed and 100 WPM shorthand speed.
Salary Structure: Rs. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs 4800/- Per Month
Age Requirement: The age of the candidates should lie in between 21 years -40 years.
Application Manner: The candidates have to submit their applications in the official Proforma addressing to Registrar General, National Green Triobunal, Faridkot House, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi- 110 001. The last date to deposit applications shall be 31st July, 2014.
