About ICMR Recruitment 2014 :
Name of the Designation - Scientist-B
Total Number of Posts - 60 Vacancies
Salary Offered - Contender
selected for the position of Scientist will get Rs.15,600 to Rs.39,100 plus
Rs.5,400 Grade Pay.
Place of Job - New Delhi
Age Bracket - Applicant
should not be more than 35 years of age.
Citizenship - Only Indian
citizens are eligible to apply for the profile of Scientist-B.
Educational Necessities -
1. Scientist-B (Medical / Epidemiology) : MBBS or any other degree equivalent to it MCI recognized.
2. Scientist-B (Veterinary Science) : B.V.Sc. & AH degree VCI
recognized or any other degree equivalent to it.
3. Scientist-B (Biostatistics) : First class Master’s degree in Biostatistics or any other
degree equivalent to it from a known University.

Cost of Application- Application
fee for General and OBC category contenders is Rs.500 and Rs.100 for SC / ST
category contenders. Application fee has to be paid through crossed Demand
Draft of any bank favouring Director General, ICMR, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.
Aspirants of PWD category are not liable to pay the application fee.
