1) Lab Technician – Class 12th
passed with the science background from the known board of the Uttar Pradesh.
Thereafter must have diploma in Laboratory Technology provided by the State
Medical Facility of Uttar Pradesh.
2) X Ray Technician – Diploma in X Ray
Technology provided by Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty.
Salary Details:
1) Lab Technician – Rs 5200 to Rs
34,800 + GP Rs 2800 /- and
2) X- Ray Technician – Rs 9300 to Rs 34,800 + GP Rs 4200 /-
Registration Charge:
1) Unreserved – Rs 105 /-
2) SC/ ST – Rs 65 /- and
3) PWD – Rs 25 /-
Mode of Appointment: Written
Examination or Personal Interview will be the process of selection in the
