Age Criteria: The criterion for the age of the candidate is 18 years to 28 years.
Relaxation: The age relaxation will be allowed to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC) for up to 5 years.
Education Criteria: The minimum criterion for education qualification for the candidate is to have either M. Sc degree or M. Tech degree in the Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics/ GIS from some approved Institution or University.
Work Experience is also required in GIS Software and Image processing.
Emoluments: The candidates selected will get the salary of Rs 16,000 with various other benefits and allowances every month from the Center.
Examination Fee: The application fee is to paid through a demand draft in favor of Director, Jharkhand Space Applications Center, payable at Ranchi.
1. The general candidates have to pay a sum of Rs 500 per application form.
2. Others are exempted from paying any fee.
Once a payment is done, the money will not be refunded.
Procedure for Selection: The candidates will be called for interview as per their qualification screening. The selection will be completely based on the candidate’s interaction in the interview with the panel of judges.
