Number of Vacancy: The total number of job vacancies is 42, as-

Assistant Executive Engineer- 12

Personnel Officer- 01 (BC)

Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 01 (Gen)

Accounts Officer- 02 (OBC, SC)

Junior Electrical Engineer- 24 and

Accountant- 01 (Gen, ST)

Dates to remember: The deadline to apply for the said posts is 30^th Sept, 2015. The candidates are advised to apply before the due date.

Criteria for Age: The upper age limit of the candidates as on 01^st June 2015 is given as-

General- 35 years, OBC- 37 years, Female (Gen/ OBC) – 38 years, ST/ SC- 40 years and Employees working in TVNL in lower grade- 50 years

Age relaxation will be given as- ST/ SC – 05 years, OBC- 02 years and for female Gen/OBC- 03 years

Educational Qualification:

The candidates must possess the degrees/ diploma in the respective field as per requirement. All the various posts have their criteria for education requirement. The applicants must refer to the official notification attached herein.

Remuneration Criteria:

i) Assistant Executive Engineers (Mech/Elect): Pay Band Rs 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay: Rs 5600/-.

ii) Personnel Officer, Assistant Engineer (civil), Accounts Officer: Pay Band Rs 9300-34800/, Grade Pay: Rs 5500/-.

iii) Junior Electrical Engineers: Pay Band – Rs 9300-34800/, Grade Pay: Rs 4500/-

iv) Accountant: Pay Band Rs 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay: Rs 4300/-

Application Charge: The examination for all the candidates except the ST/ SC of Jharkhand will have to pay an amount of Rs 1000 per application form. The ST/ SC will have to give Rs 500 as the application charge.

Recruitment Procedure: The candidates will have to appear for the written test first. The selected candidates will then be called for personal interview. The merit list will be created on the basis of performance in the interview and the working experience of the candidates will also be considered.

The Test centre will be at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
