Eligibility criteria:

Relationship Manager	Individual must have degree of MBA in Finance/Marketing/Chartered Accountant with a work experience of 3 to 5 years in selling trade and forex products.
Associate	Individuals must be graduate in any specified stream with a work experience of 3 to 5 years in Credit Administration.
Associate Manager,	Individuals should be Graduate in Commerce/ Finance /Accounting with 1 to 4 years of experience in Branch Operations.
Branch Managers	Individual must have done MBA in Finance /Marketing with 6 to 9 years in Banking Industry.
Credit Analyst /Senior Credit Analyst	Individual must have degree of graduation in Commerce /Finance/Accounting with 3 to 10 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or Corporate.
