NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) was conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). Now, NEET has been discontinued and CBSE conducts AIPMT (All India Pre Medical Test). This year AIPMT is being conducted on 3rd of May, 2015.  It is essential to qualify this entrance test to get admission in medical courses like MBBS and BDS in various colleges. Candidates who have applied for the AIPMT 2015 must prepared well for their examination. Other details regarding the examination are discussed below :


Description of NEET Exam 2015 :

Name of the Examination- NEET or AIPMT 2015

Name of the Conducting Organization- CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education)

Age Bar- Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years.

Educational Requirement- Candidates applying for the Undergraduate course should have passed Class 12th or must be appearing for the final examination.

Pattern of Examination- The question paper will be of pen and paper mode. Total 180 questions (objective type questions) will be asked in the examination. Four marks will be awarded for every correct answer and one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The duration of the examination will be 3 hours. Candidates can opt for the question paper either in Hindi or in English. The question paper will be divided into 4 parts and each part will contain 45 questions.

Syllabus of Examination- The questions asked in the question paper will be from subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Biology (Zoology & Botany).

1). Physics : Kinematics, Electrostatics, Law of Motion, etc.
2). Chemistry : Structure of Atom, Hydrocarbons, Thermodynamics,  etc.
3). Biology (Zoology & Botany) : Reproduction, Diversity in Living World, etc.

Way of Applying :

Eligible candidates can apply for the entrance test through the website : aipmt.nic.in . Contenders must fill their online application forms and upload scanned copy of required documents (recent passport size photograph and left hand thumb impression).
