Online: Candidates are requested to fill all the details in the application form and then proceed for the payment procedure.Rs.900/- will be charged for applying for the undergraduate and master degree courses. Payment could be done through debit card/credit card/visa card/master card.

Offline: Candidates are requested to download the application form. Please fill the application form correctly.DD of Rs.900/- will be charged in the favor of the SRMIST payable at chennai.Please write your name, phone number and corresponding address on the back of the DD.

For Post graduate in medicine and health science candidates:

Candidates can apply for the registration online and offline by downloading the application form.

Individual can also visit the recruitmentinfosite.com for more updates regarding the application form. Rs.1000/- will be charged for applying for the undergraduate and master degree courses.
