U.G Admission Notification: VITEEE 2014

VIT B.Tech Programme:

The university offers various disciplines under B.Tech programme. However, the disciplines offers in Chennai & Vellore are different.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates applying for the B.Tech programmes should have passed or appearing in Intermediate with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology securing atleast 60% marks.

Date of Birth of the candidates should not fall before Jul 1st, 1992. The age recorded in Class 10 certificate will be treated to check the candidate’s age.

Admission Criteria:

The entrance test will be held from 9^th April to 20^th April, 2014. The test will be conducted on Computer and of Objective Type. The Question paper will have Physics, Mathematics/ Biology, Chemistry. The Test Hour will be 2:30 minutes.  The Question Paper will be in English.

Payment Details:

Candidates can remit fee through Net banking or Demand Draft mode. The application fee for offline mode is Rs 975/-. For online application, the application fee is Rs 925/-.

Applying System:

Candidates willing to apply for the VITEEE-2014 should get the application form by visiting the VIT University Chennai & Vellore Campuses or Chennai Administrative Office and hand over the Demand Draft Rs 975/- in favour of ‘VIT University’, payable at Vellore. The application form can also be obtained by sending the DD of requisite and envelope having an address “Director-UG Admissions”, VIT University, Vellore-632014. After obtaining the application form, candidates have to send it furnishing the detailed information at the above said address.

Candidates applying online are also required to send the printed copy of the online application form at the university address. The closing date to receive the application form is 10^th of March, 2014.

Result Announcement: 28^th April, 2014

PG Admission Notification: VITBS-2014

Candidates interested to pursue Master of Business Administration (MBA) from VIT, can submit their applications addressing to “Director-UG Admissions”, VIT University, Vellore till 25^th of March, 2014. The application form should be accompanied by the CAT or XAT or CMAT or GMAT or MAT Score Card.
