Remuneration Offered- Newly appointed applicants will receive Rs.10,700 in the 1st year and Rs.12,200 in the 2nd year.
Academic Necessities- Jobseekers must be Matriculate with Diploma (3 yrs) in Electrical / Metallurgy / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering from a Government approved Institution.
Hiring Procedure- Selection will be based on Written Examination and Interview.
Registration Charges- Rs.250 is the application fee for General / OBC aspirants which should be paid by means of SBI Challan (available on the official web portal).

1. For Junior Manager : Degree in any branch of Engineering from a renowned University / Institute with Diploma in Industrial Safety Certificate.
2. For Assistant Manager : Degree in Production / Metallurgical / Mechanical Engineering.
